About the Service

Shredflix is an independent, rider-run catalog of action sports films covering snowboard, skate, surf, ski, and wake. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Netflix, Inc. or by the studios, brands, athletes, or production companies featured on the Service.

Accounts and sign-in

Some features — such as favorites, watch progress, order history, and admin access — require an account. Shredflix uses passwordless email sign-in. You are responsible for using an email address you control and for keeping access to that inbox secure.

We may suspend or terminate access if an account is used for abuse, fraud, scraping beyond reasonable consumer use, or other activity that threatens the Service or its users.

Embedded films and third-party services

Shredflix primarily embeds films from third-party platforms such as YouTube and Vimeo so views, ads, and engagement can flow to the original rights holders. Playback, availability, ads, and regional restrictions may be controlled by those third parties, and some videos may disappear or change without notice.

Advertising and analytics

The Service may include advertising and analytics technologies, including Google products and similar third-party tools. By using Shredflix, you understand that ads, analytics, and anti-abuse services may place cookies or collect limited device and usage information as described in our privacy policy.

Mobile app usage

If you use a Shredflix mobile app, you must also comply with the rules of the app store and platform you installed it from. We may update, change, or discontinue app features at any time, including features that depend on third-party APIs, embeds, or storefront integrations.

Store orders and payments

Store purchases are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe and fulfilled by third parties such as Printful. Pricing, taxes, shipping windows, refunds, and charge disputes may depend on those providers and on the specific product or order.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to break the law or violate another party's rights,
• attempt to interfere with site security, sign-in protections, embeds, ads, or analytics instrumentation,
• copy, frame, or republish Shredflix content in a misleading way,
• impersonate another person or misuse admin-only areas.

Disclaimers and availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep Shredflix accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free metadata, permanent availability of embedded films, or compatibility with every device, browser, or app wrapper.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
